Pursuant to SEBI Circular dated 2nd July, 2025, and 30th January, 2026, Shareholders are informed that a special window has been opened only for re-lodgment of transfer deeds which were originally lodged prior to the deadline of 1st April, 2019 and were rejected/returned/not attended due to deficiency in documents, process or otherwise.
The facility for re-lodgment will be available to the eligible physical shareholders till 04th February, 2027. Shareholders are requested to re-submit their transfer requests along with physical share certificates with our Registrar and share transfer agents,
